The comprehensive workshop occupies more than 3,500 square meters and the building area is more than 8,000 square meters. The overall workshop has a three-layer structure, and the alcohol extraction process consists of four layers; the second and third floors are mainly for extraction automation, the third floor is for the extraction and feeding room, and the second floor is for extraction and decoction and automatic control. The annual extraction capacity of Chinese medicinal materials is 4000 About ton; the first floor is mainly a purification area, which contains comprehensive functions of pre-processing, extraction, solid preparation, packaging and other processes.
The company renovated the second workshop in October 2018. The workshop covers an area of 2,800 square meters, with a construction area of 6,100 square meters, and a total investment of more than 35 million yuan. The renovation was completed in December 2019 and 31 sets of equipment were updated. From extraction → The whole process of filtration → concentration → sterilization → filtration → batching → spray drying is automatically controlled. The liquid medicine is transported in a closed pipeline, and the extraction and spray drying are all CIP online cleaning. The design is in full compliance with GMP management specifications, and the entire process is complete Meet the requirements of formula granule production.
